Are You Out of Your Mind?

thiamineARE YOU OUT OF YOUR MIND?   Can’t sleep, crave sugar.?

This could be an acid problem, no not stomach acid, but pyruvic acid. Never heard of it?

Do you experience drowsiness after a meal, urinating several times a night?  Do you feel a tight band around your head, difficulty holding your breath, yawning, fatigue, bloating? Poor appetite, really sore after exercising, burning in the soles of you feet?  All these symptoms can be the result of too much pyruvic acid in your system.

Pyruvic acid is a residue of incomplete carbohydrate metabolism, basically too many carbs in your diet for your digestive system to handle.  You’re eating too many sweets or starches that convert to sugar.  A decent diet will contain the necessary nutrient that removes this acid, thiamine pyrophosphate.  See those first four letters … pyro, yes to burn.  Like a pyromaniac who likes to light fires, thiamine pyrophosphate aka Vitamin B1 handles the burning up of this acid.If not, you might have burning in your feet or the most common side effect  SCIATICA.  This is when the pyruvic acid builds up on the head of nerves. And the head of the sciatic nerve is the size of your baby finger.

If this acid gets into general circulation and enters the brain, the inflammatory reaction here starts with the band around your head from the acid in the cerebrospinal fluid that your brain floats in. This worsens into depression, anxiety, a fear of doom and gloom, don’t want to leave home and weird sounds and sights disturb your senses.

For a malnourished drug addict this comes up as seeing bugs crawling under the skin with sensations like ants biting (formication). What do they do about it? They try cut them out. They call them ‘coke’ (cocaine)  bugs!

Dietary sources are grains, pasta, rice, etc. which if you are gluten-gliadin sensitive defeats the purpose and chronic deficiency requires supplementation.  We recommend Biotics Thiamin B 50 to start with.  You need to take enough to loosen the bowels which means you have activated the removal of the pyruvic acid. Once there is relief, switch to Bio GGGB for 90 days. And watch those symptoms disappear.

We believe this is the cause of FM or Fibro-Myalgia.

Why Are We So Allergic?

Pollen

Pollen-Scratchy little devils!

Why am I allergic to everything?

How do you get an allergy?

A couple of common questions…

An allergy is an overreaction to a generally harmless substance and the causative substance is called an allergen.

Initially allergies are airborne in nature and untreated or repeated exposures cause year round symptoms due to hyper-sensitizing.

Histamine is a potent chemical that causes…congestion, runny or itchy nose, watery itchy eyes, itchy roof of mouth, frequent sneezing, coughing, scratchy throat etc. Sometimes people just think they have a cold.

When an allergen such as pollen is absorbed into the body of a hyper-sensitive or allergic person, the immune system views it as an invader and the attack reaction begins. The immune system’s white blood cell’s antibodies produce IgE antibodies. These antibodies attach themselves to mast cells which are blood cells made up of several types of tissues and containing many granules rich in histamine and heparin (an anti coagulant). Although best known for their role in allergies and anaphylaxis, mast cells play an important protective role as well, being intimately involved in wound healing and defense against pathogens.

Mast cells are present in most tissues characteristically surrounding blood vessels and nerves and are especially prominent near the boundaries between the outside world and the internal milieu such as skin, mucosa of the lungs and digestive tract as well as the mouth, conjunctiva and nose.

Maintaining digestive health is key to the health of your body. Your intestines make up 70% of your immune system called GALT-Gut Associated Lymph Tissue. A healthy gut protects you from bacteria, viruses, parasites and absorbs vitamins and nutrients from your food. When it is not working properly, the result is constipation/diarrhea, allergies, stomach pain and bloating and acid reflux. This is why when people are traveling to foreign places, we suggest they take HCl and enzymes at their meals and we also recommend ADP (Biotics Research’s emulsified oregano oil) to keep them safe from the buggies. We have never had a single person who has followed this regime come back from a trip and say they got sick.

So your immune system starts in the gut! AND usually… food allergies, sensitivities, colitis as well as airborne or contact (skin) eg. eczema, psoriasis and skin rashes are related to digestive/immune problems.

It’s time to consider what are you eating?

Is your diet high in histamine/inflammatory producing foods? The standard western diet is usually the culprit in histamine/inflammatory conditions. http://theconsciouslife.com/top-10-inflammatory-foods-to-avoid.htm/comment-page-3#comment-18149 This blog has some good info regarding these foods so check it out.

The medical approach is symptom based and approaches the problem after the fact instead of being preventative. So they usually tell you to avoid the problem substance and if it’s pollen to stay indoors. That’s not always easy for everyone. Or…they will give you antihistamines, sprays, shots etc., which can be addictive and always have side effects (all drugs do). You can also build up a tolerance to them and need more or they don’t work at all.

Apparently people that choose the allergy shot avenue rarely complete the therapy. Here’s the main reason why…on average there is one shot per week for 6 months. Then every 2 weeks for 4 years…yep…I wouldn’t last either!

Also consider that 40% to 50% of asthma cases reported are actually caused by allergies.

So what do we do? To begin, you should start the prevention 3 months before the allergy season is to begin. This year it was mild weather so it started early. So treatment should start in fall. If you have them now (April), don’t despair as we can help now but be aware that next year you should be on top of it early.

1. Check out the blog above and start avoiding as many mucous forming and inflammatory foods as you can. Unhealthy fats such as trans fats are one inflammatory food…they are too high in Omega 6 so avoid these oils regardless of whether you have allergies or not…corn (can be GMO too), safflower, sunflower, peanut, canola and soybean (another GMO possibility). Trans fats are not allowed in restaurants in BC now BUT they likely are using canola or soybean oils to be cost efficient. Also, refined carbohydrates like flour and sugar that are high on the glycemic index, exacerbate inflammatory conditions. These foods elevate insulin and glucose levels, which raise levels of pro-inflammatory messengers. Intolerance to wheat, gluten and dairy can initiate an inflammatory overflow that starts in the gut but can have far-reaching effects in other systems.

2. Support the Big 5-Stomach, Pancreas, Liver, Gall Bladder and Adrenals. Liver and GB allergies are often a result of an overloaded toxic state within the liver. As the primary organ responsible for processing everything we come in contact with, the liver filters out any toxic components put into the body. If the quantity of a substance entering the bloodstream is too great for the liver to process quickly, the immune system recognizes the molecules as being an allergen and produces antibodies against them. Through the filtering process, the liver plays a substantial role in reducing the effect an established or potential allergen will have on the body. Because histamine is contained in almost all body tissues, especially the lungs, nose, sinuses, skin, intestinal mucosa and certain blood cells (mast and basophils), it is able to cause a wide variety of symptoms, as well as pain and inflammation.

Adrenal function plays an important role in histamine/allergic reactions. Cortisol, one of the primary hormones produced by the adrenal glands, is a strong anti-inflammatory. The amount of cortisol circulating in the blood is a key factor in controlling the level of inflammatory reactions in the body.

Healthy adrenal function plays an important role in mediating the histamine release and inflammatory reactions that produce the symptoms experienced with allergies. If the adrenals are fatigued, it is more difficult to produce the additional amounts of cortisol necessary to counteract the inflammatory allergic reactions. So in other words, increase in adrenal fatigue increases allergies or allergies seem to get worse.

The more histamine is released, the harder the adrenals have to work to produce enough cortisol and the more fatigued they may become. It is common that people with food and environmental allergies tend to experience adrenal fatigue as well. Reduced cortisol allows histamines to inflame the tissues more, leading to deepening adrenal fatigue as well as to bigger allergic reactions. Also, adrenal imbalance will not only prevent cortisol release but interfere with proper sugar handling and the balance between the liver, adrenals and pancreas.

Food allergens can interfere with daily functioning and become a profound stress on your adrenals, so it is important to find and eliminate food sensitivities and allergies in order to both decrease your allergy load and promote adrenal health. Come in for a Zyto food scan and see if you are exhibiting any sensitivities to particular foods.

To support the stomach, supplement at meals with HCl as most people have too little hydrochloric acid to break down their food. It is very rare to have too much acid BUT it may feel like you have too much if you have symptoms of acid reflux. Medically, drugs that reduce stomach acid are given which in the long run, makes things worse. We use Biotics Research Hydrozyme which has HCl and enzymes or HCl+ which is straight HCl. From Standard Process the product of choice is Zypan. Also, see our link for Dr. Whitaker’s digestive complex.

For the pancreas, again, lack of digestive enzymes will allow an inflammatory process to remain in the gut and small intestines and allow a malabsorption environment to continue.

So here are some other products to consider: Cytozyme AD or ADHS for the adrenals (Biotics), Histoplex AB (Biotics) for acute allergies (so those of you that are suffering now, this is a good option along with some HCl+.) Also, consider the link to Dr. Lark’s Energy Vitalizer to help boost adrenals. Another item we can get is a called Allergen 11 from BioActives. It is a homeopathic remedy that can be taken under the tongue and also, a dropperful can be put into a sprizter bottle of about 4 oz purified water and sprayed into the air and you just breathe it in. It’s really great to use before heading out to the garden etc.

Another thing that could be helpful is acidophilus for the gut flora so consider BioDoph 7 from Biotics which is a pre and pro biotic or have a look at the link to Dr. William’s Probiotic Advantage. Anything we suggest from Standard Process or Biotics must be ordered by phone (778-788-4325) or email as these companies require that their products are recommended by a doctor. The other products mentioned, can be ordered via the links on the side bar. Another option is the Allergy TheraEx BioApps. 2 appsWear on the left upper arm and change every 3 days. http://www.bioappscanada.com for more info.

Enter our FaceBook contest to win a bottle of Histoplex AB and HCl+…your basic allergy kit. Contest runs to the end of April 2013.

Shocking Statistics About Our Food Supply

I’ve brought these facts to your attention before but I still get people who think we should get everything from our food and that we don’t need to supplement. Read on to understand why we are in trouble these days. Yes, 100 years ago ‘an apple a day might have kept the doctor away’ but seriously…you’d need to eat a bushel full nowadays! Sad but true!

Can you eat these in one day?

In 80 years apples have declined in the following minerals: the amount of calcium in apples has dropped 48%, phosphorous is down 84%, iron 96%, and magnesium, the famous heart nutrient, has dropped 82%.

Want to hear something that’s intense? These statistics that will amaze you. What if I show you some serious numbers, and we’re talking serious, that prove today’s fruits, vegetables, grains, eggs, even the milk and meats we eat are not even close to what they were a few generations ago? What if we were to say that “no man of today can eat enough fruits and vegetables to supply his system with the mineral salts he requires for perfect health”? Big deal you say. Maybe you’ve heard this before but have you really understood the whole scenario?

What if I were to tell you that this statement was made at the 74th Congress of the United States way back in 1936 and that this is an excerpt of a testimony pertaining to the problem of “soil mineral depletion”? You see, back in 1936 some astute scientists were blowing the whistle that commercial fertilizers were not adding back into the soil the nutrients and trace minerals necessary for healthy plants.

Fast-forward to the 21st century and most industrial farmers have still not learned this lesson. So, year after year soil minerals are depleted. For example, in 1914 an apple contained almost half the minimum daily requirement of iron, but today you would have to eat 26 apples to get the same amount. Iron is not the only nutrient depleted. In 80 years apples have declined in the following minerals: the amount of calcium in apples has dropped 48%; phosphorous 84%; iron 96%; and magnesium, the famous heart nutrient, has dropped 82%.

Paul Bergner in his book “The Healing Power of Minerals, Special Nutrients and Trace Elements” quotes US Government statistics as he drives home the point that we cannot live healthy lives on the food of today. Before I go further I want to make sure you understand we are talking about RAW food here. We all know that cooking and processing further depletes the minerals.

Paul Stitt, author and whole food activist, says we lose 90% of the mineral content of our food from garden to gullet. So, we start with depleted nutrients in our food. Then we process them to remove the enzymes to make sure they stay on the shelf longer. Then we cook or microwave them, which further inactivate many of the nutrients and food factors. What makes food taste good are the minerals in the soil. It’s not just a HCL or zinc deficiency when food loses its flavor.

Today’s plants are not as healthy and don’t have that vibrancy that well mineralized plants do. One of the tastes many of us are familiar with is the first bite of a vine- ripened tomato grown in one’s own garden. I’m not just trying to impress you with statistics, but unless you are convinced that food doesn’t contain the nutrients we need, you won’t understand the importance of taking the high quality vitamins and minerals you need to achieve the level of wellness that you desire and deserve.

The Journal of the American Medical Association in 2002 volume states, “Most people do not consume an optimal amount of all vitamins or minerals by diet alone. Pending evidence of effectiveness from randomized trials, it appears prudent for all adults to take vitamin supplements”. For the Journal of the
American Medical Association to say, “it appears prudent for all adults to take vitamin supplements” after years of prejudice against the supplement industry is a landmark statement.

Look at these statistics focusing on the mineral calcium in a few common foods. In the last 80 years the amount of calcium has declined 81% in cabbage, 92% in lettuce, 56% in spinach, and 48% in apples. These are absolutely massive drops in the mineral levels in our foods.

During the same time period magnesium levels have dropped by 77% in cabbage, 91% in lettuce, 35% in spinach, and as we said earlier, 82% in apples. Iron levels dropped from 60% to 99% in the same vegetables.

These huge drops in mineral levels are occurring in all our fresh foods. It’s not just fruits and vegetables; the same types of things are happening with chicken, beef, rice etc. We see not only mineral depletions but vitamin reductions as well.

Everyone wants to feel healthy, but how can we feel good when we’re not getting the basic nutrients our bodies need? The point is that we are eating nutrient depleted foods in the most stressful time in human history. One researcher quoted our stress levels as 100 times greater than our grandparents. As you know stress depletes nutrient levels faster in those under stress as opposed to those who are not under pressure and stress.

Working in the health care industry, I see the effects of these depletions and have clients who supplement with over the counter vitamins that are not doing the job. Certainly these statistics build a case for organic foods as they have more nutrients, but let’s face it—nobody eats organic all the time! Therefore, it is crucial to supplement your diet with a good multiple vitamin with minerals. That’s why I exclusively use nutraceuticals. Biotics Research Corporation, Standard Process Labs, Nutri-West, Priority One and VerVita are our companies of choice for many reasons. Watch our video on our website about Biotics and then you will understand better why we use them and these other companies. Also, you can view it underneath the Twitter updates on Vodpod.

There was a double-blind study with 10,000 participants in France. The National Institute of Health in Paris funded the SUVIMAX study which found a 37% reduction in heart disease and death in men 45-60 and a 33% reduction in cancer from taking a low dose antioxidant with just beta carotene, zinc, selenium, vitamin E, and vitamin C. Think of the reductions if the formula would have been a full spectrum product.

Everyone should be aware of these facts for one great reason, because foundational multivitamin/mineral products not only save lives but also improve your quality of life. The science is solid. Check it out. I hope you’re as passionate about this as I am. AND…if all you can afford to do is to buy one supplement, get a nutraceutical mineral supplement. It’s the minerals that are a the bigger issue as opposed to vitamins. There’s so much more I could tell you but at least take heed of this. It could save your life and that of your family!

Products available from Biotics are:

PS…I still remember the first time I really got the drift about organic food. I had just come home from an organic farm in Aldergrove, BC (Edenvale) and had laid my haul out on the counter. AND then it struck me…the vibrancy…it was amazing like nothing I’d seen before. I’m still lucky here on Gabriola to get amazing organic veggies from The Good Earth, an organic farm on a bog which is open about 6 months of the year. Look in your area for a good organic farm. I still have to wonder at the big organic outfits…do they add all the minerals back into the soil that they should? Hmmm…another investigation…

Artificial Sweeteners-Pros & Cons?

We get asked a lot about artificial sweeteners. Are there any good ones? Not really..no pros to think of really…lots of cons…

The only true stand by is Stevia and some people don’t like the bitter back taste. But the only other option I can think of is Xylitol and the jury is out there too. Here’s a link to Dr. Mercola’s site about it being toxic to animals. If it’s toxic to animals, it makes me wonder about human consumption but I will continue to look for more info on the subject.

Darn!! We just can’t seem to win can we? We must find a way to satisfy that sweet tooth! In my opinion, you are better off to use a small amount of honey or maple syrup, if you are looking for the occasional sweet thing. Or allow the dreaded white sugar very occasionally. The down side to frequent use of aspertame, xylitol, nutrasweet etc. far out weighs the effects of a bit of white death. Maybe think of it this way…if you like to sweeten your tea, coffee et al, use stevia or a touch of honey or maple syrup. I would hope you aren’t drinking 20 cups a day!  One or 2 cups with a touch of honey per day, isn’t too bad. Or maybe learn to drink it without…lemon in your tea instead or something like that. Once a month have the dessert of your choice…pull out all the stops but only once a month! I’m not suggesting this to people that have known sugar handling issues.

If you are really needing the sugar fix, I’d like to suggest to you that you may be missing something and may want to consider this. One of the major things we find when testing people are sugar handling problems. It’s huge! That’s why Biotics and our other nutraceutical companies make products to deal with this modern phenomena. Biotics make Bio-Glycozyme Forte that can be used like a Multi Vitamin to help support your blood sugar…that’s what you are really looking for when you want the sugar is the lift you get…BUT remember it’s an artificial lift that drops you down again and then you are looking for the 3rd Mars bar of the day! BioGlycozyme will give you body the nutrients to stop this reaction. Email us if you would like to order this.

Just when we thought we had all this figured out…here comes another artificial sweetener to try to confuse us again! Watch out it’s on the market and it’s called Neotame! Here’s some notes from Dr. Mercola’s site about it and a link.

Neotame, which is based on the aspartame formula, is 13,000 times sweeter than table sugar and about 30 times sweeter than aspartame. It’s approved for use in a wide array of food products, including baked goods. However, contrary to internet rumors, neotame is not allowed in organic foods

Neotame is essentially aspartame plus 3,3-dimethylbutyl, which blocks production of phenylalanine, thereby eliminating the need for a warning on labels directed at people who cannot properly metabolize phenylalanine. 3,3-Dimethylbutyraldehyde is a highly flammable irritant, and carries risk statements for handling including irritating to skin, eyes and respiratory system

Neotame is used as a substitute for molasses in cattle feed. The product is marketed as “Sweetos” in India, and according to a press release, cattle consume more fodder when mixed with Sweetos—a statement that effectively bursts the myth that artificial sweeteners like neotame are excellent diet aids

One of the more recent toxic additions to our food supply is the artificial sweetener called Neotamei.

In the European Union, where it was approved as a flavor enhancer as of November 2010, it is known by its “E number,” E961ii.

Made by NutraSweet (a former division of Monsanto and the original manufacturer of aspartame), neotame is 13,000 times sweeter than table sugar, and about 30 times sweeter than aspartame. (Don’t you just love Monsanto? They’re doing their best to kill us all.)

It’s based on the aspartame formula—despite the fact that 80 percent of all FDA complaints pertain to adverse reactions from aspartame.

Neotame is essentially aspartame plus 3,3-dimethylbutyliii–the presence of which ends up reducing the production of phenylalanine, which allegedly makes it safe for those suffering from phenylketonuria (PKU).

(Hence neotame does not need to bear a PKU warning label like aspartame.)

Unfortunately, it may actually be an even more potent and dangerous neurotoxin, immunotoxin and excitotoxin than aspartame.

Click the link to Dr. Mercola for more. AND…don’t use Neotame!

Underlying Causes of Sleep Loss

Let’s look at 3 patterns of sleep loss: those who can’t fall asleep, those who can’t stay asleep, and “sleep neurotransmitters.

Perhaps one of the most meaningful things we can do for our clients is be the “detective” and find the underlying causes for poor sleep. We start by asking our clients how many hours they are sleeping each night; inquire about the quality of sleep and how they feel when they wake up.

Many people don’t get enough sleep. Some do it by choice, others have real problems sleeping. Sleep is the major metabolic equalizer. It is where the body restores and repairs. Poor sleep, limited repair. Limited repair translates into increased aging. If a person is not sleeping, they are headed to a state of chronic inflammation.

For people who have trouble sleeping, let’s look at 3 major patterns of sleep loss: those who can’t fall asleep, those who can’t stay asleep, and the basic neurotransmitters associated with sleeplessness. What’s interesting about each of these patterns is that each of them is directly or indirectly influenced by insulin and cortisol. This makes it imperative to address these issues with diet regardless of whatever our choice of supportive nutrients may be.

See the link for sample diets that are part of the Control-IT weight loss program. One of the major goals of the Control-IT weight loss program is the normalization of both insulin and cortisol. As a result, almost everyone who goes on the program to lose weight eventually finds themselves sleeping better. Click the link for more info on Control-It.

Let’s look at the first pattern of sleep loss, those who can’t fall asleep. As a rule of thumb, when someone has difficulty falling asleep they have hyper-cortical function. Some of the other symptoms of cortisol excess are depression, bone loss, fatigue, weight gain in the waist, loss of muscle mass and thinning skin.

There are a number of botanical agents that work well to reduce cortisol. We like the product by Biotics Research Corporation that was developed by Dr. Gary Lasneski over 15 years ago called ADHS, short for Adrenal Hyper Secretor. The combination of adaptogenic herbs, supportive low dose vitamins, and trace minerals necessary to feed the adrenal glands consistently shows reductions in both hyper-cortical symptoms and lab numbers. Clinicians dose it at 2 – 4 tablets morning and noon. The line of distinction between cortisol dominance and functional hypoglycemia is very thin.

Often supporting blood sugar will augment therapy. This leads to the next pattern, those who can fall asleep but can’t stay asleep. Their blood sugar gets so low that their adrenals give a little shot of glucocorticoids to maintain blood sugar levels and that little bit is all they need to wake up. These are the people who wake up in the middle of the night, they start thinking of all the things that they have to do during the day and whomp, that’s it, their up!

So if we can maintain healthy blood sugar, we wouldn’t need the adrenals to provide that extra boost. Again a Control-IT type protein diet with a good source of healthy oils and products to support functional hypoglycemia would be the solution for this condition of insomnia. We use Bio-Glycozyme at 3, three times a day. Give the last dose before bed with a little protein or good source of EFAs. Biomega 3 Liquid is a good choice. For a consistent functional glycemic formula, try Bio-Glycozyme. You will be glad you did.

The third pattern refers to neurotransmitter imbalances. The dance of the hormones and neurotransmitters is so elegant and so interconnected. If the excitatory neurotransmitters don’t have adequate inhibitory factors, sleep or relaxation is difficult. Serotonin is one of the main inhibitory NT. The use of 5-HTP with the cofactors necessary to make serotonin is a great base. Neuro-5-HTP by Biotics uses 50 mg of 5-HTP, the cofactors P-5-P, b3, and 50 mg of the inhibitory amino acid L- Theanine. Use 2, three times a day between meals.

Regardless of the cause of insomnia, sometimes we have to break the sleepless cycle. The past experience of not sleeping and the fear of another sleepless night is almost enough emotional stimulation to increase the very hormones and neurotransmitters that will cause insomnia. That’s when we use De-Stress. De-stress is a milk peptide derivative called a decapetide and has been shown by the University of Nancy in France to have anti-anxiety properties. In a 15 day trial, a number of physical parameters were measured, pre- and post-stress, and they all improved compared to controls. In the milk peptide group, cortisol tended to normalize, and heart rate, blood pressure, and ACTH levels all appeared to return to homeostasis faster after being stressed in the group who took the active component in De-Stress.

Also see the case studies and video we have a provided using the nutrients mentioned. These will give you further insights in restoring healthy sleep.

The more we learn about sleep the more we realize it’s not an option. For those of you that aren’t sleeping properly, you are missing out on the regenerative and anti-aging effects of sleep. Now you know there are solutions.

Aside

Blood Sugar Pandemic!

Picture in your mind the old Volkswagon beetle, nicknamed the ‘bug’.  Its shape is like your liver.  There’s a factory at the bottom to process food and remove toxins and there’s a hump for the top floor, called the antrum (attic) to store fuel.

The fuel is raw blood sugar or glycogen. This is what keeps us alive.  And listen to this: OUR BRAIN ONLY HAS A TWO MINUTE SUPPLY.  That’s why it needs a storage site.

When the storage site is depleted, the brain cannot maintain its reserve level and it gets stressed, really stressed.  Simple little things become big problems, tiredness turns to chronic fatigue, energy plummets and we feel strange sensations.  Self-esteem drops, we lose control, we’re worried, hopeless and distrustful.   We lose touch with our self and then others. Thoughts bombard our senses but we can’t stop obsessing.  The bedroom becomes a safe haven and sweets our counselor.

95% of respondents to our nutritional questionnaire, the Nutri-Q,  have their highest probability of health concerns coming from sugar handling issues.  Obesity and diabetes in children are a major concern today.  Diabetes is an old Greek word  meaning “run through”.  When we can’t handle the overload of bad sugars in the manufactured foods, the glucose ‘runs through’ us and out the urine.  And now ‘urine’ (you’re in) trouble!

Hey that took about two minutes to read, how’s your blood sugar doing?

Bio-Glycozyme Forte (Canadians) or Diaplex (US)  are our nutritional product and  Thera-ex 50 Blood Sugar is our skin patch to send controlling frequencies.
